All the items you find on our site aren't
always available, so we suggest you to ensure they
are available writing us an email, speifying the item and
description of what you want to order. You'll be contacted by
our sales office, who will tell you informations about the
availability and delivery times of the products. Should they not
be available in our store, and should they be built on your
request, you will have to pay 30%
of the total (including shipping costs) at the time of the order,
either by wire transfer or postal check, or at our store

You'll be asked to provide a phone number
when you order, if you choose to have the items delivered to you, it
will be given to the courier, who will contact you to arrange the
delivery.

We ship in all
Europe with express couriers.
If your order is particularly heavy, you'll need to specify if
you can offload it from a truck or if you need the courier to
arrange for offloading.

years, some discounts may apply. Those periods will be
advertised via banners you'll find on our site's home page.
These discounts will be applied to all the items available in
our store and listed on our web site. On all the unavailable or
built on-demand items, no discounts will be applied.

Items must be entirely paid
before shipment, including shipping costs, either via wire
transfer or via postal check, or in our store. You will also be
required to send us the wire transfer or postal check receipt.

DELIVERY TIMES <<<
After payment, when the
transaction is complete (usually 5 working days), if the items
are available, they are delivered in about 10 days. If they aren't
available, they will be delivered in 15-20 days. Should delivery
times be longer than this, you'll be contacted by our sales
office.

OF WITHDRAWAL <<<
You can send the items back
within 10 working days after the delivery, and be entirely
refunded or asked about reason. You must write an express mail
to the following address: LONARDI -

Within the 10 working days, you must also send the items back to
us, in their original containers or envelopes, complete with the
original shipping documents. You will pay the shipment back to
us, and as soon as we will have received the items and verified
their integrity, we will refund you all the shipping costs.
